Megan's little egg...

I was busy in work today when I received a call from Hubby to say that little Meggy Egg had fallen in school and needed to go to hospital. Her Daddy works away during the week and her Mummy was not able to get her. Gandy to the rescue, he downed PC tools and charged off to collect the wounded child from her school. A couple of anxious hours later I got another call to say that she was OK and that Gandy was taking her to get a treat to cheer her up and then he would come to work to collect me. At 6pm she trotted in with Gandy in tow, full of tales of her misadventure. Underneath her fringe she was sporting a large egg shaped bump ! Meggy egg really was a little egg.....poor girl, she was undaunted and chatted merrily to all the staff, telling everyone that would listen about her trip to A & E with her Gandy.
We took her home to her Mummy who was of course quite upset that she hadn't been able to take her herself but Gandy had really enjoyed his special one to one time with the little Princess.
