Andy and I are continuing with our Fat Fighting at Slimming World with the gregarious and wonderfully OTT Alicia. Andy has now lost 12.1/2 lbs and I have lost 9.1/2lbs and this week I was 'Slimmer of the Week' !!
Still a long way to go but we are determined to continue and really do enjoy the new eating regime, we are doing something called Extra Easy and it really is!
The little Tink was 1year old yesterday and had a nice new toy for her birthday. We are going to have a bit of a party on Saturday as our Granddaughters Megan and Hannah will be visiting, should be fun!

Dan and Lyndsey have flown off to warmer climes and are having a week in Spain...I am envious as the weather here is not typical for July,with heavy rain and quite a wind getting up at times. It's supposed to be summer!
Eldest daughter Danielle and her Hubby Charlie have gone to France camping with all six kids for two weeks for a well deserved holiday.
Next week is Pennard Carnival and JOE SCHMO will be rockin' their socks off in the evening in the marquee, a great night not to be missed. We will be there all afternoon enjoying the fun and building the stage ready for the evening do legend has it that it is always good weather for carnival....lets keep our fingers crossed.
